Jazz in the Garden @ The Minories

Our quintet features these fine musicians: Holly Barrett on sax, Ian Buzer on trumpet, Andy Watson on guitar, Simon Wood on double bass and Elmer van der Hoek on drums.

We will be performing a variety of modern jazz tunes from the '50s to the '70s. From 6:30 PM, the stage will welcome other jazz musicians, including singers, to join in.

Tickets are £8, with concessions at £5 for students and those under 18. Kids under 5 enter for free.

The café will offer a selection of coffee, tea, and snacks, including cakes, as well as a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Additionally, Syrian food will be available from 5 PM by phone pre-order from Marvan (mobile: 07908 495659) and payment is with cash only. Enjoy a large mixed platter (V or VE) for 2 people for £25, featuring hummus, baba ghanoush (V), tabbouleh, olive salad, halloumi cheese salad, stuffed vine leaves, and falafels. You can also have Kubba or Sambusek, both VE with vegetables each for £2.50.
